Our Mission
At our core, we exist to unleash potential and create meaningful impact. With over 45 years of combined experience in both the corporate world and coaching, we have a deep understanding of what it takes to ignite the spark within individuals and organizations.
Through our individual and group coaching programs, our mission is to help people unlock new avenues of growth and fulfillment, build resilient and high-performing teams, and empower bosses to become inspiring coaches and leaders. Through our expertise, we equip our clients with the tools and strategies they need to bring their full potential to life and make a positive difference in the world.
Our Story
After decades of being in the corporate world, we realized that a large part of our role as leaders was focused on people development. We decided to take steps towards a life and career of purpose and impact, and having experienced the benefits of coaching, we transitioned to become full-time coaches and consultants, helping individuals and businesses improve their lives and become better leaders.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, as working virtually became the norm, we took bold steps to move to a different country where we could work online and access the things we love - the sun, sand, sea, and mountains. This is how we ended up in Mauritius. Today, we live in two locations, between Singapore and Mauritius, which serve as our bases to serve our clients globally, both individuals and businesses.
