Program Objectives

• Establish Strong Self and Situational Awareness: Help emerging leaders understand themselves and their impact on others, while also navigating different situational dynamics with confidence and adaptability.

• Strengthen Communication and Influencing Skills: Enhance communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and persuasive influencing techniques, to effectively engage and motivate team members.

• Develop Personal Leadership Styles: Help emerging leaders discover and refine their unique leadership styles, taking into account their strengths, values, and areas for growth.

• Enhance Emotional Intelligence: Equip participants with the skills to understand and manage their emotions effectively, as well as develop empathy and connect with others on a deeper level.

Our Methodology

Our training methodology combines the best of training and coaching to deliver sustainable results for individuals and organizations. Through a blend of experiential learning and coaching techniques, we create an engaging and collaborative environment. Our approach emphasizes four key areas

• Emotional mastery - By understanding and regulating our emotions effectively, participants will enhance their self-awareness, feel empowered to navigate interpersonal relationships with greater empathy and skill.

• Behavior changes - We facilitate behavior changes by equipping participants with practical tools and techniques. Our training emphasizes hands-on learning and provides actionable strategies that can be implemented immediately in real-world scenarios.

In addition, each participant will also complete a DISC and Enneagram personality assessment; shedding light on personal preferences, styles, and contributions to team dynamics. This understanding enhances self-awareness, fosters effective communication, and promotes collaboration within diverse teams.
