By being aware of your own emotions, you can prevent them from controlling you and move forward positively. In addition, each participant will also complete a DISC and Enneagram personality assessment; shedding light on personal preferences, styles, and contributions to team dynamics. This understanding enhances self-awareness, fosters effective communication, and promotes collaboration within diverse teams.
